Duties: Run quality Academy classes, which necessitates the leadership skills needed to provide a safe and enjoyable environment – Lead quality birthday parties, too – Assist the owner with accounting, advertising/marketing, staff training and development, and overall facility management – Assist in facility cleaning
Skills required: Good verbal and written skills – Good memory skills – Computer proficient, with Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel and basic Windows knowledge – Child Development background preferred – Must be open to coaching.
Duties: Run the academy in conjunction with the director – Insure that all classes are run in a safe and enjoyable manner – Prepare the lesson materials, test the activities, familiarize with the lesson contents – Lead birthday parties, as well – Oversee other teachers and be responsible for class quality – Handle scheduling of guests for classes and birthday party registration – Assist in facility cleaning
Skills required: Good verbal and written skills – Good memory skills – Experience working with children – Comfortable speaking and dealing with both adults and children – Microsoft program knowledge and a background in child development are a plus – Must be open to coaching. Full Time and/or Part Time positions available.
